Rayna Goodloe, 14, has been living a life most kids can only dream of. That’s because Rayna’s been raised all over the world by her dad, Phil Goodloe (played by Phil Wright), a popular dancer/choreographer who works and performs with famous pop stars. But all that’s about to change because it’s time for Rayna to go to high school. She starts attending a traditional arts high school in Washington, D.C. where she and Phil bring a jolt of joy back into the place and put its students in the national spotlight by creating a competitive hip-hop dance crew!
